The imminent AI vs SaaS war

Continuing on from yeterday’s piece about SaaS being replaced by AI agents, it occurred to me that far from accept this latest craze, perhaps serious people are going to want assurances that infrastructure is not built on AI, in order to be sure they aren’t being screwed by AI tricks. Think "No AI inside" labels.
AI agents are essentially propriety software, but less stable, and with less audit trails available. With AI agents under you, you're never guarentied to be in base reality. That might be exactly what you want in some situations, but in others it’s likely the exact opposite.
In a world over-run with man-in-the-middle AI tricksters, companies that provably run open source software will be seen as having the highest quality products. The best of the best, tripe A software. #
