Ben Thompson has a piece that goes into a lot more details with screenshots. Seems like there might be too many steps. Reguardless though I'm happy that government insitutions are putting dark pattern usage on the agenda. I think it's something we really need to be aware of, especially with the rise of AI, it might get more difficult to detect.
