India and Canada expel top diplomats in escalating row over Sikh activist’s death - I’ve been peripherally following this story. You don’t tend to ever hear about indian intelligence services or operations. I can’t even remember a single occurence. It’s a bit of an odd one. Seems to have escallated dramatically.
